Every Memorial Day the Bangerters gather to honor Johanthan's Grandfather who died in WWII. At this one small cemetery we find most of the deceased Bangerters related to Johnathan. Eighty plus family members come together, rain or shine. This event has united the living and has changed my opinion of this holiday I have come to love. This year like past years we woke up early to meet at the cemetery by 8:00 am. The morning is real. We laugh, cry, and eat a great breakfast. I love this family I now call my own and the many ways we come together. 
It was a great day!
